    It cannot cook at different levels. You put the meat on the grill and the vegetables on the lower level, but they don't even get warm. It has the heating elements on the lid and it cooks relatively quickly, but the rest of the container does not increase in temperature.

    Very low temperature. At the end of the thermostat and it operates as if it is in the middle of the thermostat.
    It does not have the ability to toast quickly, you have to leave, for example, a slice of bread,
    half an hour and it will just become like a biscuit, not toasted on the outside and soft on the inside... As for cooking.... two hours for a whole chicken... if possible...
    Worst product and very expensive, even though I expected it to have great performance due to its price...

    It broke in 2 months. The problem is not that it broke, but the warranty. It took 36 !!!! days to repair it.
    It's a shame because otherwise it cooks well.
    It broke a second time... The third time they replaced it with a new one. The repair took over a month again, while the replacement took almost 2 months.

    2019: Since we bought it, we forgot what "oven" means (grill).
    Liver, chicken, steaks, sausages in this, while in the future there will be other tests.
    Friendly advice: keep notes on how long each type takes (ignore what the brochure says) and so every time you will go for sure.

    2021: The glass lamp burned out, to remove it you have to loosen a bunch of screws, bolts, hexagonal tubular screws, remove buttons, it has a reverse lock, winged, 3 twist hooks for holding, 2 plugs and a price around 22 euros (also include the time spent for installation to see if it's worth it).

    This specific robot cooks much better than the previous one I had of a different brand and I am satisfied. Steaks, sausages, rustic octopus, all delicious and with excellent taste. I have had it for 20 days and I will keep you updated for anything that comes up. Today, 15/12/2019, the robot broke down, I will buy another brand.
