I believe it helped me with hair loss. Today I saw that I am full of new hair growth. Of course, I also take C and B3, and some medicine for the joints. I forgot to mention that I also saw a difference in my skin. From then on, it's up to each person whether it helps them or not.
Very good vitamins. I have been taking them for 3 weeks now and already my hair has become stronger! Also, my nails have grown longer...
I will not talk about whether the product is effective. This supplement destroyed my stomach. I took it according to the instructions, after having consumed my lunch. Intolerable stomach pains and nausea. I do not have any particular sensitivity. I am writing this review because I want people who have stomach sensitivity to see it, because they might have to think carefully before choosing it. If it caused what I described in me, I don't know how it will work for someone with a truly sensitive stomach.

I got a haircut and regretted it. So I started using them to make my hair grow longer and it really has!!!

The capsules are like big cockroaches. They are absolutely not swallowable by me.
