Although the product is of very good quality, I have noticed one major flaw. Specifically, the side ring has “opened” many times, and I have found my car key (which I attached it to) without the SmartTag2, which also makes the tag useless, since it is meant to prevent the loss of whatever item it is attached to.
NEW UPDATE: Because of the serious risk of the ring and tag coming off the key, I haven’t used it for quite some time. TODAY, after several months, I take the keychain out of the drawer and the ring simply BREAKS in my hands. I guess I should just go to a locksmith and get a keychain that costs much less than €1, and be done with it!
