It has 100 acres of privately owned organic vineyards in the beautiful Maroneia area of the Rhodope region. Fermentation takes place with whole grapes, using the pigeage technique, and the wine matures for 12 months in oak French barrels.

It is bottled unclarified and unfiltered.
