There, winemaker Nikos Foundis cultivates his vineyards planted with Xinomavro, a distinguished variety of Central Macedonia.

Its rich tannins round out after aging in barrels, from which it takes on a light wood aroma to add to the noble aromas of Xinomavro. A typical "vin de garde".

Special Characteristics: Intense deep red color. Aromas of red fruits with hints of cocoa and coffee. Full-bodied with well-structured tannins, rich body, and good aftertaste. A wine that can age for a long time.

Pairs with: Grilled meats, meats with spicy sauce, as well as the traditional pies of Naoussa. Serve at room temperature (18°C).
