P.D.O. Paros.
This wine is a creation from the co-fermentation of two ancient Greek varieties, the deep red Mandilaria and the aromatic white Monemvasia. They have been meticulously selected from the oldest, low-yielding vineyards of the Moraitis Winery Producers group.
The co-fermentation of these two varieties perfectly highlights the quality characteristics of the microclimate of Paros.
Maturation for 24 months in oak barrels. It remains in the bottle for another 12 months before being released on the market.
