A rare white variety cultivated in the region of Naoussa. Its color is medium golden, indicating its aging and maturation in oak barrels. The nose is dominated by ripe aromas of citrus and tropical fruits such as banana, pineapple, and apricot. Hints of nuts and caramel appear, reminding us of its barrel-aged past.
On the palate, it has a full taste, volume, and balanced acidity. The aromas from the nose follow through to the palate, with some notes of minerals and honey and a vanilla aftertaste that lingers for a long time. It pairs well with risotto or cooked white meats accompanied by stone fruit sauces.
