Thermal-reflective elastomeric sealing acrylic paint with thermal insulation properties. It contributes to energy savings in buildings thanks to its high reflectivity and emissivity.

It exhibits excellent adhesion to:

• cement
• plaster
• terrace slabs
• bricks
• wood
• tar

Creates an elastic and impenetrable membrane (even from stagnant water) that maintains its elasticity even at very low temperatures and shows excellent resistance to adverse weather conditions (sunlight, rain, and snow).

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Application method: roller, brush, airless spray gun.
• Recoat time: 24 hours in summer to 72 hours in winter.
• Thinning: water, up to 30% v/v for priming, and undiluted for final application.
• Yield: for excellent waterproofing results, coverage is calculated at 2±1 m²/Lt in total (primer + 2 undiluted coats).

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Before application, remove dust and any loose materials. The surface may be damp but not wet.
• Expansion joints and cracks are filled with polyester fabric saturated with undiluted ELASTOROOF.
• Other cracks (cracks) are filled with putty made by mixing undiluted ELASTOROOF and washed sea sand.
• The surface is primed using ELASTOROOF itself diluted with water at a ratio of 30% v/v.
• About 1-2 hours after priming, 2 coats of undiluted ELASTOROOF are applied crosswise with an interval of 24 hours in summer to 72 hours in winter.
• Painting method: Roller, brush, airless spray gun.
• Thinner: Water.
• Thinning ratio: When used as a primer, the product is thinned by 30% v/v. For the final application, the product is used undiluted.
• Clean painting tools immediately after application with plenty of water and soap.
