Winemaking

Classic red wine production with a 25-day long extraction. The entire winemaking process takes place under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial stage of cold extraction to the end. Aging lasts for 12 months in French oak barrels (70% new - 30% second use) and 6 months in bottles.

Taste Characteristics - Aging

Luxurious red wine with abundant aromas of red fruits, hints of eucalyptus and green pepper. Meaty and rich on the palate. Soft, with mature tannins and a velvety aftertaste. Aging for 5 to 10 years, depending on the characteristics of the harvest.

Ideal pairing with food

T-bone steak, wine-braised rooster with pasta.
