Tasting Characteristics – Aging
Opulent red wine with abundant aromas of red fruits, notes of eucalyptus and green pepper. Fleshy and rich on the palate. Soft, with mature tannins and a velvety aftertaste. Aging from 5 to 10 years, depending on the characteristics of the vintage.

T-bone steak, rooster in wine sauce with macaroni.
