Users find the set beautiful and well made, with a soft texture and thoughtful attention to quality. It is often mentioned as a cute gift for a newborn, and the baby can easily grip the teether-rattle. However, some users have reservations about how practical the small blanket is as a comfort blanket and about the wooden part of the teether.
The butterfly is the essential accessory for the little one's sleep from day one! The fabric of the butterfly is very soft
Wonderful texture for a newborn.
Perhaps the wooden piece could be replaced with something softer, given that newborns do not have teeth yet and make sudden uncontrolled movements, so they could get hurt.
Like most products and designs from little dutch, this set is beautifully made with attention to detail and seams, and it appears to be of good quality. The bird is about the size of a palm and doesn't have any special features other than being a plush toy. The teether is also a rattle with a very gentle sound and is easily gripped by the baby, although it doesn't particularly capture their interest. The major "downside" is the blanket, which was the reason I initially chose it. If you want to use it as a "security blanket," it simply cannot be done because the beautiful butterfly, otherwise, is made of fabric that makes a "crinkle" sound every time you touch it! I don't know how it can be used during sleep! However, it is the baby's favorite for the exact same reason - they like to crinkle and bite it, while the butterfly provides a good grip and handling for the baby. Another downside is the size of the muslin, which is a bit small, but that is a personal preference. In the end, I also bought an extra security blanket from another company - luckily, it was successful.
Very beautiful set for a gift to a newborn. With Little Dutch, it's hard to go wrong.

Simply wonderful ?
