Φοραω σε Nike 44.5 σε Adidas 44 αλλα το Hoka το βρισκω η 44 που το φοβαμαι οτι θα ειναι στενο μιας και ειναι goretex η σε 45 και ενα τριτο. Το 44 ειμαι σιγουρος θα ειναι στενο το 45 και ενα τριτο θα ειναι ΟΚ η το ποδι θα επιπλεει. Σημειωστε οτι αζτο σχεδιαζω να το φορω σε ποδαροσρομους μονο και ελαφρο τρεξιμο.
