The vacuum cleaner, one year after purchase, started shutting off during operation. It works for 5 minutes and then stops. To operate again, it needs to cool down. I tried to take it to the official service center but was informed that it must go through Skroutz to the store from which it was purchased, and from there to be sent for repair. Note that the store from which the purchase was made is based in Bucharest. It is unacceptable that, during the purchase of a product, it is not mentioned that in case of malfunction, its warranty is not recognized in Greece.
I have suffered incredibly with a simple return request. Although I provided clear information and instructions for the pickup, repeated mistakes were made regarding dates, times, and location. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, both by phone and email, I was neither served nor received a response.
The process has dragged on for days without any update or responsibility. Very poor service experience for something that should have been simple and immediate.

Προσπάθησα να την πάω στην επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία αλλά με ενημέρωσαν πως πρέπει να πάει μέσω του σκρουτζ στο κατάστημα απο το οποίο αγοράστηκε και απο εκει να πάει για επισκευή. Σημειωτέον το κατάστημα απο το οποίο έγινε η αγορά έχει έδρα το Βουκουρέστι. Είναι απαράδεκτο να μην αναφέρεται κατά την αγορά ενός προιόντος ότι σε περίπτωση βλάβης δεν αναγνωρίζεται η εγγύηση του στην Ελλάδα.

I have two others... one expensive and one cheaper... this one (the third!) is the same as the cheap one (but with an expensive price!) and it has the following additional downside... it is extremely powerful and the end of the vacuum sticks to the floor and you can't help but scrape everything... from the very first use the nozzle was scratched... even if you use the brushes, the result is that your hand hurts as you use it... For the 137 euros I paid, I find it ridiculous... otherwise, it's a classic Rowenta!
Εχω αλλες 2.. μια ακριβη και μια πιο φθηνη.. αυτη (η τριτη!) ειναι η ιδια με την φθηνη (αλλα με ακριβη τιμη!) και εχει το εξης προσθετο κακο.. ειναι παρα μα παρα πολυ δυνατη και κολαει στο πατωμα το ακρο της σκουπας και δεν μπορεις παρα να ξυνεις τα παντα.. απο το πρωτο ηδη σκουπισμα εχει γδαρθει το ακροφυσιο.. ακομα και αν βαλεις τα βουρτσακια το αποτελεσμα ειναι να σε πιασει το χερι σου οπως την χρησιμοποιεις.. Για τα 137 ευρω που εχω δωσει το θεωρω γελοιο.. κατα τα αλλα ειναι μια κλασικη rowenta !

Powerful vacuum cleaner, the process of emptying the bin is a bit difficult, especially if you have vacuumed a lot of dust and construction materials! Other than that, I would recommend it without hesitation.

The vacuum cleaner, one year after purchase, started shutting off during operation. It works for 5 minutes and then stops. To operate again, it needs to cool down. I tried to take it to the official service center but was informed that it must go through Skroutz to the store from which it was purchased, and from there to be sent for repair. Note that the store from which the purchase was made is based in Bucharest. It is unacceptable that, during the purchase of a product, it is not mentioned that in case of malfunction, its warranty is not recognized in Greece.
I have suffered incredibly with a simple return request. Although I provided clear information and instructions for the pickup, repeated mistakes were made regarding dates, times, and location. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, both by phone and email, I was neither served nor received a response.
The process has dragged on for days without any update or responsibility. Very poor service experience for something that should have been simple and immediate.
Η σκούπα ενα χρόνο μετά την αγορά της ξεκίνησε να σβήνει κατά την λειτουργία της. Λειτουργεί 5 λεπτά και σταματάει. Για να μπει πάλι σε λειτουργία πρέπει να κρυώσει. Προσπάθησα να την πάω στην επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία αλλά με ενημέρωσαν πως πρέπει να πάει μέσω του σκρουτζ στο κατάστημα απο το οποίο αγοράστηκε και απο εκει να πάει για επισκευή. Σημειωτέον το κατάστημα απο το οποίο έγινε η αγορά έχει έδρα το Βουκουρέστι. Είναι απαράδεκτο να μην αναφέρεται κατά την αγορά ενός προιόντος ότι σε περίπτωση βλάβης δεν αναγνωρίζεται η εγγύηση του στην Ελλάδα.
Έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί απίστευτα με ένα απλό αίτημα επιστροφής. Παρότι έδωσα ξεκάθαρα στοιχεία και οδηγίες για την παραλαβή, έγιναν επανειλημμένα λάθη σε ημερομηνίες, ώρες και τοποθεσία. Παρά τις αλλεπάλληλες προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας, τηλεφωνικά και μέσω email, δεν κατάφερα να εξυπηρετηθώ ούτε να λάβω απάντηση.
Η διαδικασία έχει τραβήξει μέρες χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση ή υπευθυνότητα. Πολύ κακή εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης για κάτι που θα έπρεπε να είναι απλό και άμεσο.
I have two others... one expensive and one cheaper... this one (the third!) is the same as the cheap one (but with an expensive price!) and it has the following additional downside... it is extremely powerful and the end of the vacuum sticks to the floor and you can't help but scrape everything... from the very first use the nozzle was scratched... even if you use the brushes, the result is that your hand hurts as you use it... For the 137 euros I paid, I find it ridiculous... otherwise, it's a classic Rowenta!
Εχω αλλες 2.. μια ακριβη και μια πιο φθηνη.. αυτη (η τριτη!) ειναι η ιδια με την φθηνη (αλλα με ακριβη τιμη!) και εχει το εξης προσθετο κακο.. ειναι παρα μα παρα πολυ δυνατη και κολαει στο πατωμα το ακρο της σκουπας και δεν μπορεις παρα να ξυνεις τα παντα.. απο το πρωτο ηδη σκουπισμα εχει γδαρθει το ακροφυσιο.. ακομα και αν βαλεις τα βουρτσακια το αποτελεσμα ειναι να σε πιασει το χερι σου οπως την χρησιμοποιεις.. Για τα 137 ευρω που εχω δωσει το θεωρω γελοιο.. κατα τα αλλα ειναι μια κλασικη rowenta !
The vacuum cleaner is unacceptable. It sucks so much that you can't do your job. Even if you don't have a back problem, you'll get one. Also, don't even think about vacuuming a carpet. It does the same on tiles. The bristles don't come out much and it sticks to everything. Stay away from this one.
Η σκούπα είναι απαράδεκτη.ρουφαει τόσο πολύ που δε μπορείς να κάνεις τη δουλειά σου. Κ πρόβλημα στη μέση να μην έχεις θα το αποκτήσεις. επίσης μη διανοηθεις να σκουπίσεις διάδρομο.κ στο πλακάκι το ίδιο κάνει.τα δοντακια δε βγαίνουν τόσο πολύ κ βεντουζαρι στα παντα.μακρια από τη συγκεκριμένη.
I am writing this review to save anyone who wants to buy it. Not even close. The worst thing I have ever bought. Especially if you previously had a quality vacuum cleaner. Better off with a broom and dustpan.
Γράφω την κριτική για να σώσω όποιον θελήσει να την αγοράσει. Ούτε κατά διάνοια. Ότι χειρότερο έχω αγοράσει. Ειδικά αν πιο πριν είχατε ποιοτική σκούπα. Καλύτερα με αχυροσκουπα και φαράσι.
