    It can produce from rosé and light red wines with aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, cherry), to dense, aged wines with aromas of plum jam, spices, and chocolate. The tannins are usually velvety.

    Syrah

    It gives dense wines with rich aromas of red and black fruits (blackberry, plum) and characteristic notes of black pepper, tobacco, or even leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense tannins and good structure.

Winemaking

Harvesting very early in the morning and transportation to the winery by refrigerated truck. Grapes remain in the refrigerator for 12 hours, destemming and cold soaking for 4 days at a temperature of 0℃. Pressing of the pomace up to 1.4 bar. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
