Υπάρχει οργανισμός που ελέγχει οτιδήποτε κυκλοφορεί για το κατά πόσο θα χαλάσει γρήγορα. Αν κάτι χαλάει αργά δεν το εγκρίνουν. Αν σου λέει κάτι αυτό...
