Ναι, καίει στο δέρμα για αρκετή ώρα. Αν τυλίξεις κιόλας τα επίμαχα σημεία με σελοφάν καίει περισσότερο. Όμως δε ξέρω να πω για αποτελεσματικότητα, την έχω κάνα δυο βδομαδες
