It loses an incredible amount of feathers, I bought 2, returned them and they replaced them as defective, and the new ones are exactly the same. Within a week of use, the house was full of feathers and it took me over 2 hours by hand to remove them from the blanket I had on top of me because the vacuum and lint roller couldn't get them off.
The worst experience I've had so far with a store. 2/2 defective duvets, a process and over a month (during which I was left without a duvet) for a replacement to be made. The ones that arrived are exactly the same. I send an email, they tell me to call. I call, they tell me to send an email. I wonder, before they replace the defective product, don't they check that the one they're sending is okay?
Update: Then they told me instead of a refund to buy products of equal value, which is unreasonable since the store couldn't fulfill the order. From 5/12/25, finally today 16/3/26, I got it sorted out and received a refund.
Χάνει άπειρα πούπουλα, πήρα 2, τα επέστρεψα και μου τα άλλαξαν ως ελαττωματικά και τα καινούρια είναι ακριβώς το ίδιο. Μέσα σε μια βδομάδα χρήση γέμισε το σπίτι και για να τα βγάλω από την κουβέρτα που είχα από πάνω μου πήρε 2+ ώρες με το χέρι γιατί η σκούπα η ρόλο ρούχων δεν τα βγάζει.
Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα μέχρι στιγμής με κατάστημα. 2/2 ελαττωματικά παπλώματα, διαδικασία και ένας μήνας+ (όπου έμεινα χωρίς πάπλωμα) για να γίνει αντικατάσταση. Αυτά που ήρθαν είναι ακριβώς ίδια. Στέλνω email μου λένε να πάρω τηλέφωνο. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο μου λένε να στείλω mail. Απορώ, πριν αντικαταστήσουν το ελαττωματικό προϊόν δεν ελέγχουν ότι είναι εντάξει αυτό που στέλνουν;
Update: Στη συνέχεια μου είπαν αντί για επιστροφή χρημάτων να αγοράσω προϊόντα ίσης αξίας, πράγμα παράλογο εφόσον το κατάστημα δεν μπόρεσε να εκπληρώσει την παραγγελία.
Από 5/12/25 εν τέλει σήμερα 16/3/26 ξεμπέρδεψα και έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων.
