I got it to provide antenna access to other rooms in the house that only had one antenna socket.
Already the old installation, apart from the cable from the antenna to the socket, had a cable running around half the house (definitely 25 meters inside-out).
I added this in series, which I cut into further smaller cables using female and male adapters and T-connectors, and it works perfectly.
I don't know if there is an amplifier on the roof, but if you intend to modify the cable like I did, make sure you have installed the plugs correctly, without the inner copper touching the copper around the inner plastic insulator (even on the aluminum foil that you need to cut if you use an adapter).
In some cases, you might need a signal amplifier if you don't have good signal to begin with and you add the cable, but in any case of modification, make sure everything is fine.

Το πήρα για να δώσω κεραία σε άλλα δωμάτια σπιτιού που είχε μόνο μια πρίζα κεραίας.

Δεν γνωρίζω αν υπάρχει κάποιος ενισχυτής πάνω στην ταράτσα αλλά αν σκοπεύεται να τροποποιήσετε το καλώδιο όπως εγώ βεβαιωθείται ότι έχετε βάλει σωστά τα βύσματα χωρίς να ακουμπαει ο εσωτερικός χαλκός με τον χαλκό γύρω απο το εσωτερικό πλαστικό μονωτή του (ακόμα και πάνω στο αλουμινοχαρτάκι που πρέπει να κόψετε αν βάλετε ανταπτοράκι)
Ίσως σε κάποια περίπτωση να χρειαστεί κάποιον ενισχυτή σήματος αν δεν έχετε καλό σήμα εξαρχής και προσθέσετε το καλώδιο αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση τροποποιήσης του βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα είναι καλά.
