You may find my review somewhat paradoxical and unexpected but I am sure it will help some people. These are the best ampoules for cleaning new piercings in the ears. They reseal, squeeze perfectly, rinsing the holes flawlessly, the liquid is sprayed exactly as it should be on them in order to remove residues etc., and they do not sting at all. All the others I tried were not helpful at all for such use.

The material of the ampoule is extremely rigid, but I also noticed that its 'cap' does not detach perfectly from the main body, resulting in sharp edges remaining at the opening that can easily cause injury.

As a solution, I didn't see it offering anything less or more than similar ampoules for babies. Definitely, for severe congestion, blocked noses, etc., I wouldn't recommend it. What displeased me is its sharpness - on the side - on the top - even in one point in the front. I wouldn't recommend it for adults either, but especially not for babies and children.

The front part of it is somewhat sharp on the edges, so if you're not careful, it can hurt the child's nose.

From the 2-3 brands I have purchased, otrisalin is the best because firstly, after removing the cap, the nozzle is smooth and rounded, and it will not hurt the child's nose.
This alone is enough for me, but I have not noticed any kind of side effects.

The content of sodium chloride is lower compared to other physiological solutions and this limits its effectiveness. It is also not ergonomic. The material is hard and you cannot easily press the ampoule.
