- For medium-bodied red wines (Merlot, Sangiovese, Barbera, Dolcetto, etc.), a medium decanter is recommended.
- For light-bodied red wines (Agiorgitiko, Pinot Noir, Beaujolais), prefer a small to medium-sized decanter that you have cooled using simple chilling.
