The Konnwei KW480 car diagnostic scanner connects via cable to the OBD II/EOBD port and supports diagnostics for BMW vehicles, as well as other car brands manufactured from 1996 onward. It reads diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), helps identify the cause of a problem, and provides information on how to address it. It can clear error codes and turn off the “Check Engine” light.

It supports resetting the “Oil” and “Service” indicators, DPF filter programming, and settings for the TCM and ESP units. It also offers EPB indicator functions and an oxygen (O2) sensor test, while displaying real-time vehicle and engine data as text or graphs. The EVAP system check is available for an additional fee.
