Description

With Razer™ mechanical switches, Razer Chroma™ RGB lighting, up to 8,000Hz polling rate, Doubleshot ABS Keycaps, Multi-function Roller, 5052 aluminum alloy construction, and detachable cable.

75% Design with Aluminum Alloy

The BlackWidow V4 75% comes with a streamlined layout, which still includes a function row and arrow keys to cover essential commands, while the 5052 aluminum alloy top case ensures a sturdy yet compact build.

Soundproofing and specially designed stabilizers

With a layer of special foam under the circuit board and specially designed (lubricated) stabilizers to minimize noise, the BlackWidow V4 X ensures an exceptional experience — satisfying in both sound and feel.

Razer Mechanical Switches

The great advantage of the BlackWidow V4 75% is its keys with the company's own mechanical switches, as it incorporates Razer™ Orange Tactile Mechanical Switches Gen‑3 (Tactile & Quiet, GPL 205g0 Factory Lubricated) with new mechanisms, which provide satisfying feedback with a pleasant "pop" sound, while maintaining a light actuation force for greater responsiveness.

Razer Chroma™ RGB

The BlackWidow V4 75% features Razer Chroma™ RGB lighting and an impressive glow that highlights the keyboard from more angles (2-side under-glow), allowing you to sync it with your system and enjoy greater immersion with hundreds of compatible games.

Multi-function Roller and Media Keys

The BlackWidow V4 75% features controls that can be configured for music playback (pause, play, skip), volume adjustment, brightness intensity, and much more, offering absolute convenience for your entertainment.

Ergonomic support

The BlackWidow V4 75% comes with a detachable — magnetically attached — soft wrist rest made of synthetic leather, for exceptional ergonomic comfort during even the most demanding and lengthy gaming sessions.

I have been making custom keyboards for some time now. This is the best stock keyboard I have tried. If you want to get into custom keyboards, you should definitely start here.

The switches are nice and quiet (at least compared to the Razer ones I have tried), they are slightly louder than my turquoise tealios. The stabilizers are incredible! The overall experience is impressive.

Negatives: I find the synapse a bit annoying. In order for the keyboard to work on boot, the synapse needs to be running, I don't know why. Also, the feet bother me a little. I prefer the medium ones but they slide quite a bit, so I closed them completely and have it flat. It still has a slight tilt, so it's not an issue.

For starters, I put some NK Creams and gmk caps that I had, and I'm considering trying the yellow ones from Razer but probably not. Anyway, this will be my keyboard from now on. Excellent job, Razer, I didn't expect it.

Stay away! Here is a double "a".
It's the second v4 75% I've purchased.
The first one had double register issues and I replaced it, now I have started the process to replace the second one too (with a different company of course).
Low quality switches, amazing feel, amazing colors, hot swappable etc etc, amazing sound, but two keyboards, back 2 back, having double register buttons is unacceptable. 200 euros device.
Maybe unlucky, I don't know, but wherever you look, the keyboard has issues with its switches unfortunately.

  • It has a huge issue with double registering. I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’m tired of constantly changing switches. Initially, when you change the switches, everything is fine for about a month but then the double registering starts again. I’ve changed my switches 7-8 times, I’ve tried 3 different kinds. The problem is with the keyboard’s motherboard. It happened even with the original orange tactile switches from Razer that came with the keyboard. Stay away. Build your own if you want custom switches or go for better options, e.g. Ajazz ak820 pro.

Very good keyboard, very high quality with only one issue, the switches (orange) it has are defective (they drift) at least up to the version I have. I looked it up and many people have the same issue. I changed the switches and since then it has been perfect.

Amazing keyboard, I have no words. I have gone through many and this is by far the best. The only thing I can say is that the switches are not as stable when you press them, but you only notice this if you are used to high-end custom keyboards.

Incredible keyboard, for people who want to enter the world of custom keyboards without getting too involved, it is a pretty good choice.

You can even change the switches.

Unfortunately, after about 4 months of use, 2 keys started to double type and sometimes wouldn't register at all. I am already in the process of returning it.

Generally, from what I've read, an alternative is to change the switches, but I believe that when you spend €200 on a keyboard, it should work perfectly as it is
