one of the best fragrances from lattafa and a very good clone of BDK Gris charnel. an amazing aromatic vanilla woody scent. long lasting and definitely worth it.

Just like BDK. Its sort of unisex leaning to masculine and has a very attractive scent. Very good performance after macerating and interesting smell. I love this. The tea is very prominent as well.

A purely plant-based woody men's fragrance. Black tea, cardamom, fig, and vetiver make their presence known from the start, while vanilla, labdanum, and sandalwood appear in the drydown. I think it can be worn in all seasons during the day. For better or worse, it belongs to the Arabic perfumes that require quite some time to mature in order to perform at their best. The projection and longevity are moderate on my skin, so it will go on the shelf for a while. It is considered to be inspired by Gris Chanel.

it has nice packaging and bottle, the longevity is satisfactory, about three hours, its opening seems heavy to me, but then it settles, it has a fig scent, it is a summer and evening fragrance, but I would dare to wear it in winter too, for its price it is a good purchase

I won't bother at all with whether it is or isn't a clone of a well-known niche fragrance because I think this discussion doesn't offer anything. What I liked is its "gentleness," as it doesn't overwhelm the surroundings but leaves a beautiful and discreet sillage. It's ideal for the office for all seasons, and although it doesn't have a strong presence in the atmosphere, it is suitable for a signature scent. Its longevity could be better, but (let's be honest) at this cost, you carry it with you and refresh without much thought. It doesn't get a 5/5 for the simple reason that practically at this budget you won't find THE masterpiece, but it's a fragrance that smells much more expensive than its cost

Seductive, charming, perfect balance in the notes with cardamom, green tea, fig, and a hint of vanilla. The fig dominates the notes, and as it dries down, the green tea and vanilla emerge. I would say it is a mix between BDK Gris Charnel and Gris Charnel Extrait, but it leans more towards the latter… What matters most is that in longevity, it is better than both!! Especially BDK Gris Charnel's longevity is disappointing… I really don't see the reason for anyone to buy it when Lattafa Liam Grey is available on the market…. Very characteristic question. MANY compliments.

Very good. It opens with nose-piercing pepper, spices, and settles into smooth iris. The same formula is used by Lattafa in Le Collection l'Antiquities 1886, reducing the pepper and enhancing the iris, reminding me of the top-notch Givenchy Gentleman Parfum.

I don't find anything good about this fragrance. It smells like boiled herbs. I now use it by layering, but it still ruins the combinations

It is incredibly close to Gris Charnel, their differences are very small and indistinguishable to untrained noses. It is slightly sweeter than the original and has less intense black tea and more vanilla, while in some aspects it is more synthetic (I think the tonka/coumarin) - and of course, the composition is less refined. However, it is so close and costs 1/10 of the price of Gris Charnel. Its bottle is noticeably cheaper in construction compared to other Lattafa fragrances sold at double the price, and it is reasonable. The company positions it in their men's range, but it is perfectly unisex, just like Gris Charnel, if not closer to women (due to the vanilla and reduced tea).
