    I got one after an injury for nourishment (fractures in the knee, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, and atrophy) it was recommended to me by the employees at a fitness store (pretty knowledgeable, I must say) I can't say it worked well while I was taking it, but I was also doing full exercises at that time. I will buy it again because I believe it works better than a combination of donaflex and hyaluvit (at least in my case). In any case, the basic diet and exercise are what play the primary role with various factors.
