The bookshelf had several corners where the melamine cutting was not finished well. The packaging was torn at one end and the protective styrofoam was broken. Two assembly connecting parts were missing and one piece of melamine had the holes on the wrong side. I was forced to use my own connectors and make new holes to complete the assembly. The stickers that cover the screws were half loose, scattered inside the torn bag with the screws. Fortunately, it will be placed in a space where it won't be seen, just for book storage. Otherwise, I would have returned it. I just didn't want to waste time with returns and explanations. It's a shame because it's a beautiful design. Please take better care of your products.
