New Gel/Paste Color from Fractal Almond.

The new shade from the Gel colors series, Full Fill by Fractal Colors. Water-based, these gels are fluid enough to easily mix into creams, decorative icing, and any mass like fondant, modeling paste, and flower paste.

Main usage methods:

• Easily color all types of confectionery materials such as fondant, modeling paste, flower paste, marzipan, royal icing, and other masses/pastes.
• Mix with powder color for an ideal hand painting mixture.
• Simply add a few drops to your paste or cream and stir.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Thickening Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551, Colorants: Yellow Sunset FCF E110*, Tartrazine E102*, Red AC E129*, Brilliant Blue FCF E133.

Average shelf life: 3 years from production. Storage: Protect from light. Contains: 30g.

Maximum dosage:

• For fillings: 6.91g/kg.
• Externally for decorations: 6.91g/kg.

Each color has its own legal usage limits per kilogram of ready mixture.
