The Abus Diskus 26/80 disc padlock features a Diskus® 360° design that restricts access to the shackle and reduces potential points of attack. Its body is made of stainless steel with a reinforced internal base, while the shackle is made of hardened special alloy steel. The cylinder is protected against drilling and extraction, and the key-retaining function requires the key to lock the padlock.

It is designed for applications such as trucks, vans, roller shutters, basement doors, and factory gates. A manually welded seam joins the shells, while additional saw protection makes attacks with cutting tools more difficult.
