This is a water fern that should be tied to some wood or stone with a fishing line until it attaches by itself. If we plant it at the bottom, we must be careful not to cover its trunk (the horizontal rhizome), otherwise, it will rot.
It is easy to propagate by simply cutting the horizontal rhizome. It is a very hardy plant that thrives in all conditions.
The black spots under its leaves are sporangia (reproductive organs) and not signs of the plant's disease as many incorrectly believe.
