The Micranthemum "Monte Carlo" has compact, round, and light green leaves. It grows at a fast pace and creates a very beautiful carpet in the front of the aquarium.

The plant can thrive in slight shade, but it requires good lighting conditions, as well as additional CO2, to grow optimally and become truly compact.

It originates from Argentina.
