Με βάση τη σύσταση της δερματολόγου μου την έβαζα κάθε μέρα για 3 μήνες απλά μετά κατευθείαν ενυδατική για να μην προκληθεί ξηροδερμία! Πάντως αν είναι για σπυράκια που βγαίνουν περιστασιακά δεν θα υπάρχει θέμα κ κάθε μέρα μέχρι να υποχωρήσουν
