Σε καθαρό προσωπο. Εγώ κάνω θεραπεία αλλά δυο φορές την εβδομάδα δεν κάνω και αφήνω το δερμα μου μόνο με σαπούνι και scrub αυτές τις δυο μερες βάζω και την μασκα
