After at least 10 years of using underwear from this specific company, same design, same size, purchased from a physical store, I am incredibly disappointed. They have changed the quality of the fabric and the elastic in the waist, resulting in them not being as comfortable. In a recent purchase before Christmas, I bought 5 pieces and on the second wash, one gray one shrunk as if it was a size smaller. I will not use them again.
