Users find that it performs well and quickly heats small spaces, offering good value for money. It’s described as suitable for bathrooms or for use nearby, and on the low setting it can help reduce humidity. However, several users find the noise bothersome, and some mention an odor during the first few minutes of operation.
Purchased for use in a camper van. We used it for several days (at 1000W). It does what it promises. It is not silent, but neither is it bothersome.
For a small room, it heats well even on the first setting, at 1000W, and significantly reduces the high humidity. But it also makes A LOT of noise—pleasant-sounding, sure, but enough to disturb your sleep; though personally, even the slightest noise wakes me up, so I don’t want to be unfair. It didn’t smell plasticky at 1000W at all, and at 2000W it smelled bad for only a few minutes. The build quality seems good, but it feels more like an analogue device than a digital one. At least the Rohnson brand has carried some weight in home appliances for years, which is why I chose to buy it.
It was purchased to be used at a close distance and to heat up quickly. It does its job just fine. Do not expect it to heat up an entire room. However, for its price, it is very good.
It made an excellent impression on me. It is small compared to other "upright" fan heaters (with a very tight case), it makes a very normal and soft noise (which does not bother me) and it also seems very efficient. I think that no one could give it less than 5 stars. It needs a little time of operation for the smell to go away, which is obviously normal.
