New Lemon Yellow Gel/Paste Color from Fractal! 30g.

We present to you the new Gel Color range, Full Fill from Fractal Colors. Water-based and with the largest available color palette, these gels are fluid enough to easily blend into creams, decorative icing, and any mass such as fondant, modeling paste, and flower paste. They are also highly concentrated, allowing you to create vibrant colors for your recipes. The entire range consists solely of colors without titanium dioxide (E171).

Main usage methods:

• Easily color any kind of pastry material such as fondant, modeling paste, and flower paste, marzipan, royal icing, and other masses/pastes/creams based on water.
• Mix this color with powder color for an ideal hand-painting mixture!
• Perfectly blends into your recipes due to its fluid form and practical tube packaging. Just add a few drops to your paste or cream and mix or knead it.
• Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials. For these items, try the Superioil products!

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Colorants: Tartrazine E102*, Gelling Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551. *May have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

• For fillings: 3.67 g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coatings: 6.5 g/kg.
