New Orchid Purple Gel/Paste Colour from Fractal.

The Gel colour line, Full Fill by Fractal Colors, is water-based and offers a wide palette of colours. The gels are fluid and mix easily into creams, decorative icing, fondant, modelling paste, and flower paste, allowing the creation of vibrant colours. The entire range is free from titanium dioxide (E171), in accordance with the latest EU regulations.

• Easily colour any type of confectionery material, such as fondant, modelling paste, and flower paste.
• Mix this colour with powder for hand painting.
• Perfectly blends into your preparations due to its liquid form.

Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials. For these items, try Superioil products.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Colouring Agents: Carmoisine E122*, Thickening Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551, Colouring Agents: Brilliant Blue FCF E133.

• For fillings: 4.21 g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coatings: 7.7 g/kg.
