I don't know what others are writing, I took the risk and bought it and honestly I have never felt another electric underblanket like this, getting under the covers and having such a hot sensation. The first few times it was too much for me and I turned it off because I was almost sweating. I will also get a small one because it is fantastic for the couch or bed. For the large one, only the elastic bands are small for the corners on a 30cm thick mattress like mine, that's the only thing I can find to mention.
