MARNYS® Omegacod is a dietary supplement with 500mg of cod liver oil per capsule combined with natural vitamin E.

Cod liver oil is traditionally used in countries with extreme northern latitudes, such as Norway, Denmark, or Canada. In their basic diet, they include the regular consumption of cod liver oil, given its interesting properties that contribute to a healthy condition.

Cod liver oil is extracted from the Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua), which belongs to one of the 60 species of this family of migratory fish that live in the cold northern seas. The oil is extracted from cod livers that are steamed and then pressed to extract the oil.
