It is not silent, it is not 26.5db (decibel) as the manufacturer claims. I measured it with 2 sound measuring programs and both showed it above 50-55 decibels at the sound source. It is indeed stylish, beautiful, complete in everything including its system, but silent not even with grenades.
I will install a cheaper one (four times cheaper) which claims 26.5db and this one in the next house because they are connected and we hear it very loudly as well. If that one, when I install it, is quieter and within the manufacturer's specifications, then I will contact the supplier to replace this one as defective. (edit: it is not defective, all those I tried in this cross-section have higher than stated noise levels).
My profession is mechanical and electrical engineer and I work in the field of cooling-air conditioning and energy saving systems.
edit 14-05-2026: I add that I did tests for the noise on 2 additional different so-called "silent" bathroom ventilation systems and all those I happened to try do not meet the noise levels they state. All made more noise than the levels they claim. Maybe it's worth installing a fan with a larger cross-section (>100mm) and lower speed. In the future, when the time comes for replacement again, I will look for fans with as large a cross-section as the hole - ventilation duct allows.
Δεν είναι αθόρυβο δεν είναι 26.5db (desibel) όπως αναφέρει ο κατασκευαστής. Το μέτρησα με 2 προγράμματα μέτρησης ήχου και τα 2 το έβγαλαν πάνω από 50-55 ντεσιμπέλ στην πηγή ήχου. Είναι μεν ντιζαινατο, όμορφο κομπλέ σε όλα και στο σύστημα του αλλά αθόρυβο ούτε με χειροβομβίδες.
Θα βάλω ένα πιο φθηνό (4εις φορές πιο φθηνό) το οποίο λέει 26.5db και αυτο στο διπλανό σπίτι γιατί επικοινωνούν και το ακούμε πολύ δυνατά ομοια. Αν εκείνο όταν το εγκαταστήσω είναι πιο αθόρυβο και στα πλαίσια του κατασκευαστή τότε το συγκεκριμένο θα πάρω τον προμηθευτή να το αντικαταστήσει ως ελαττωματικό.(edit: δεν είναι ελάττωματικό, όλα όσα δοκίμασα σε αυτή την διατομή, είναι με μεγαλύτερο από το αναγραφόμενο επίπεδο θορύβου).

edit 14-05-2026: προσθετω οτι εκανα δοκιμές για τον ηχο σε 2 επιπλεον διαφορετικα απο το αναφερομενο "αθόρυβα" συστηματα εξαερισμου για μπανιο και όσα έτυχε να δοκιμάσω δεν τηρούν τα επιπεδα θορύβου που αναφέρουν. Όλα έκαναν μεγαλύτερο θόρυβο από τα επίπεδα που αναφέρουν. ίσως αξίζει να μπει ανεμιστήρας μεγαλύτερης διατομής (>100mm) και χαμηλότερων στροφών. Στο μέλλον όταν ξαναέρθει η ώρα αντικατάστασης, θα ερευνήσω ανεμιστήρες με όσο μεγαλύτερη διατομή επιτρέπει η τρύπα - αγωγός του εξαερισμού.
