Based on the package this was not an original product. It was not professionally packed and was filled to the very edge of the bottle.

It smells nice, which is why I gave it 2 stars, but it caused me incredible dryness and dandruff, which is strange because I used to have very oily hair. The only positive is that my hair doesn't get greasy as often, but otherwise it dried my hair out incredibly and my hair looks dull and dry, no hydration at all. I will not buy it again

So far I am very satisfied.
It addresses both of my main problems, my hair doesn't get frizzy and I don't get dandruff or itching on my scalp.
I don't even need to straighten my hair, it stays very soft and shiny on its own and smells quite nice. Nicer than the white metal detox series.

Definitely better than any supermarket shampoo. And certainly quite high quality.
It helps you avoid washing your hair every day or every two days as required with regular shampoos.

I recommend it, there's a difference!

It is indeed a heavy shampoo but if you have relatively thick hair it will suit you very well. It leaves the hair incredibly soft and easy to comb. Also, the issue that many mention regarding the smell is subjective. Personally, I liked it a lot!

Maybe it wasn't the best for my hair, which is quite thin, I didn't see any significant change and I've been using it for over 2 months.

Unfortunately, although it smells amazing, I now use it on my nine-year-old daughter's hair and as a hand soap. It weighs my hair down SO MUCH; it looks completely lifeless and has absolutely no movement or vitality. One of the worst shampoos I have ever used. (My hair: dry and frizzy).

It smells great and does something in terms of treatment, but it tangles my hair more than anything else. The simple Elvive from the supermarket actually makes my hair much softer

Very good and lasts a long time. You need a very small amount and it lathers enough for its quantity. I use it on natural hair and I don't even need a hair mask or conditioner afterwards because the hair detangles on its own and doesn't look dehydrated. My hair is wavy and dark blonde. I would only like it to be shinier when I dry it. It looks a bit dull.

It leaves my hair very soft. Also, I wash my hair as usual every other day without it becoming extremely oily, like with Pro Longer, for example. I see that people are not very positive about its scent, but personally it doesn't bother me.

Let me say, of course, that I have bought various product lines from the same company for my hair care (oil, heat protectant, mask)... this particular shampoo really leaves the hair with structure and quality... I should point out that it is not a moisturizing shampoo to leave your hair soft, but a repair and treatment product... so it does what it promises... yes, it has a strong smell which does not bother me... However, it is for specific use and not a permanent shampoo... if you want to see changes in your hair, reduce the heat (straighteners)!

Personally, I liked it a lot even though the scent is strong, it is beautiful. Also, it does what it promises; together with the mask, I saw a big difference in my hair. Softer and much easier to detangle.

I have purchased this specific product many times, with absolute satisfaction. However, my recent purchase deeply disappointed me.

The product I received had an obviously altered consistency and, unfortunately, caused damage to my hair. I cannot know whether it had been stored for a long period of time or exposed to inappropriate conditions (e.g. sunlight), but its quality in no way matches my previous experiences.

For a while, I had left my hair unattended; it was very dry with split ends. I tried this complete line of shampoo, mask, leave-in cream, and oil, and it is incredible! It leaves the hair very soft with a wonderful scent!!! I don't know how it would be for someone with fine hair; it might be too heavy, but for me, who has normal hair type and it was damaged, it is fantastic!!!

I was taking the metal detox and decided to try this as well; I managed to use it three times along with the mask, and it gave me an allergy!

It gives incredible volume to the hair. The hair becomes light and soft after each wash. It is worth the money. It is an economical choice for salon shampoo

Unfortunately, it has a very strong smell. I can't stand it like a heavy cologne. And then my hands smell too. I used it twice, it doesn't provide hydration and it made me itchy. No matter what it does, I can't stand the smell even in the shower. It's a shame because I bought the large package.

I have used it only once and in combination with the mask. My hair is already very different, much better.. the straightening is like from a hair salon. Very soft hair. Very satisfied.

It is really a good product and it makes a lot of foam. I like it, but I wasn't blown away either. I have been using it for 2 months now, but I didn't see a significant improvement as I expected. Nevertheless, I would buy it again because it is better than what I have tried.

It is excellent. I use it together with the serum and the mask, and my hair looks like it came from a salon. I have thick hair that frizzes, and especially with a short bob, it looks bad. With these specific products, my hair has strengthened, it doesn't frizz, and it styles more easily (I use a hairdryer once while drying and that's it)
