Do you need support that can withstand lighter workouts but have sensitive skin? KT Tape® Gentle tape is for you. It is designed to relieve pain and provide support, staying in place for 1-3 days through showers, humidity, cold, and even in the pool.

The adhesive of KT Tape® Gentle tape is specially designed to release more gently from the skin. The elastic core of KT Tape® provides strong support for muscles, joints, and tendons without restricting comfort and range of motion.

KT Tape® Gentle tape is pre-cut and ready to apply straight out of the box. The pre-cut strips have rounded corners, which help prevent the edges from catching on clothes or peeling. Each roll contains 20 pre-cut strips measuring 10 inches long and 2 inches wide.

KT Tape® products are hypoallergenic, latex-free, and free of natural rubber! This means our products are designed and developed to contain fewer potential substances that can cause allergic reactions. While our goal is to provide you with products that will not cause irritation, if you are known to have sensitive skin or are prone to irritation, we recommend testing a small piece of KT Tape applied without stretch on tougher skin, such as the knee or forearm, before using our product line.
