The Sokany burner is ceramic with a smooth glass surface, which turns red when heated. It heats up very quickly and evenly thanks to the heating resistors located beneath its surface. It is also easy to clean, as all you need to do is soap them with a wet sponge after they have cooled down. Then rinse them until all food residues are gone.

The handling for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done through rotary switches, which operate independently from each other.
