I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the comments. I've been taking supplements since the 90s and protein bars for 20 years. For the last 2 years, I've been OBSESSED with this particular one. It's a complete meal with perfect taste and minimal sugars, at a ridiculously low price. It fills me up immediately and is digested without any issues. I no longer have any reason to pay double for any other.
It is a fact that the high protein content can cause gas in unaccustomed bodies, especially if there is some degree of lactose intolerance. Personally, I have no problem with this one, even when I eat 3 a day. If it bothers you, the solution is simple: Eat half when you are not already full. Even then, it's still worth it.

Serves me right! I didn't want to listen to the comments... guys, I ate the bar and almost a day after consuming it I had constant gas. I don't know what's going on, what they've put inside. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. Don't make the mistake of eating it and then going on a date... everyone will be laughing at you... the funny thing is I ate it after a workout and then went to work in the taxi... all the windows were permanently open... don't buy it even if you find it for 1€ which is possible in a supermarket. By the way, it's full of palm oil.
