I owned the T10, which I have also reviewed here on Skroutz for those who want the full picture, and I have been using the R20 for a year now, with a purchase price of 320 euros.
First of all, I will say that the build quality is very good, its battery life is 30% longer than the T10, but that also means it is heavier. Although at first it bothered me, I got used to it quite quickly. It comes with two heads, one for carpets and floors and one for floors only. The one for carpets and floors also has blue LED lighting, which does an incredible job of illuminating any kind of dust, resulting in us vacuuming everything and spotting various liquid stains on tiles, making mopping more effective as well. This particular head is better designed, achieving better carpet cleaning, with slightly stiffer bristles than the corresponding one on the T10. The vacuum has two operating modes, "Auto" and "Full Power". In Auto mode it is like vacuuming with the T10 on second speed, which is quite impressive given that I only used the second speed on the T10 on carpets. In this mode the vacuum increases and decreases power depending on whether it detects a dust concentration or not, and it does so very effectively.
In general, it is a very good vacuum for the purchase price, from an established company in the field of stick vacuums and robot vacuums, but there are some negatives and some things that bothered me. First of all, I was bothered by the fact that they did not include the extendable tube among the accessories, a super-essential accessory in my opinion. From a well-known Chinese store I had to buy the T30 accessory, which fits onto the R20. I was also bothered by the fact that they did not put LED lighting on the floor head even though they could have, since they did so on the next model (Z30). This means that we leave many areas unvacuumed when using this particular head. They could also have given us a "Low" mode for vacuuming floors; in this way we could achieve even greater battery autonomy. Finally, the biggest negative is that the floor-carpet head cannot achieve the same cleaning of hair and threads on carpets as Dyson. Although it has been greatly improved from previous models, there is in no way any basis for comparison between the two companies. If the vacuum were sold at 280 euros and below, I would comfortably recommend it to anyone. 320 and 350 euros are a good price, but they make me think about some negative details every time I use it.

Edit 30/08/2026: R series (R10, R10 pro, R20) manufacturing year 2023, Z series (Z10, Z20, Z30) manufacturing year 2024, V series (V20, V20 proA, V30) manufacturing year 2025. The vacuum had dropped to 230 euros, an excellent purchase price given that Greek homes are not fully covered with carpets. At the 300 euros it is now listed for, I would recommend the Z series, which are more powerful vacuums and come with the same number of accessories.

Αρχικά θα πω ότι η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι πολύ καλή, η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας της είναι κατά 30% μεγαλύτερη της Τ10, αλλά αυτό σημαίνει ότι είναι και πιο βαριά. Αν και στην αρχή με ενόχλησε, το συνήθισα αρκετά γρήγορα. Έρχεται με δύο πέλματα, ένα που σκουπίζει χαλιά και πατώματα και ένα μόνο για πατώματα. Αυτό που είναι για χαλιά και πατώματα διαθέτει και φωτισμό με μπλε Led, τα οποία κάνουν απίστευτη δουλειά στο να φωτίζουν οποιοδήποτε είδος σκόνης, με αποτέλεσμα να σκουπίζουμε τα πάντα και να εντοπίζουμε διάφορους λεκέδες από υγρά στα πλακάκια, κάνοντας και το σφουγγάρισμα πιο αποτελεσματικό. Το συγκεκριμένο πέλμα έχει σχεδιαστεί καλύτερα, επιτυγχάνωντας καλύτερο καθαρισμό χαλιών, με ελαφρώς πιο σκληρές τρίχες από το αντίστοιχο της Τ10. Η σκούπα διαθέτει δύο ρυθμίσεις λειτουργίας, "Αυτόματη" και "Πλήρης Ισχύς". Στην Αυτόματη λειτουργία είναι σαν σκουπίζεις με την Τ10 στην δεύτερη ταχύτητα, γεγονός αρκετά εντυπωσιακό με δεδομένο ότι έβαζα την δεύτερη ταχύτητα στην Τ10 μόνο στα χαλιά. Σε αυτή την λειτουργία η σκούπα αυξομειώνει την ισχύ αναλόγως με το εάν εντοπίζει συγκέντρωση σκόνης ή όχι και το κάνει πολύ αποτελεσματικά.
Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια πολύ καλή σκούπα για την τιμή αγοράς, από μία εδραιωμένη εταιρεία στον χώρο με σκούπες stick
και σκούπες robot, αλλά υπάρχουν κάποια αρνητικά σημεία και κάποια πράγματα με πείραξαν. Αρχικά με πείραξε το γεγονός ότι στα εξαρτήματα δεν συμπεριέλαβαν τον επεκτεινόμενο σωλήνα, υπερ-απαραίτητο εξάρτημα κατά την άποψή μου. Από γνωστό κινεζομάγαζο έπρεπε να αγοράσω το εξάρτημα της Τ30, το οποίο κουμπώνει στην R20. Επίσης με πείραξε το γεγονός ότι δεν έβαλαν φωτισμό με Led στο πέλμα που είναι για πατώματα ενώ μπορούσαν, μιας και το έκαναν στο επόμενο μοντέλο (Ζ30). Αυτό σημαίνει ότι αφήνουμε πολλά σημεία χωρίς να τα σκουπίσουμε, όταν χρησιμοποιούμε το συγκεκριμένο πέλμα. Θα μπορούσαν να μας δώσουν και μια "Χαμηλή" λειτουργία για σκούπισμα σε πατώματα, με αυτό τον τρόπο θα μπορούσαμε να επιτύχουμε ακόμη μεγαλύτερη αυτονομία της μπαταρίας. Τέλος το μεγαλύτερο αρνητικό είναι ότι το πέλμα πατωμάτων-χαλιών δεν μπορεί να επιτύχει τον ίδιο καθαρισμό τριχών και κλωστών σε χαλιά, όπως της Dyson. Αν και έχει υποστεί μεγάλη βελτίωση από τα προηγούμενα μοντέλα, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν υπάρχει μέτρο σύγκρισης ανάμεσα στις δύο εταιρείες. Εάν η σκούπα πωλούνταν στα 280 ευρώ και κάτω, θα την πρότεινα άνετα στον καθένα. I was also bothered by the fact that they did not put LED lighting on the floor head even though they could have, since they did so on the next model (Z30). This means that we leave many areas unvacuumed when using this particular head. They could also have given us a "Low" mode for vacuuming floors; in this way we could achieve even greater battery autonomy. Finally, the biggest negative is that the floor-carpet head cannot achieve the same cleaning of hair and threads on carpets as Dyson. Although it has been greatly improved from previous models, there is in no way any basis for comparison between the two companies. If the vacuum were sold at 280 euros and below, I would comfortably recommend it to anyone. 320 and 350 euros are a good price, but they make me think about some negative details every time I use it.

Edit 30/08/2026: R series (R10, R10 pro, R20) manufacturing year 2023, Z series (Z10, Z20, Z30) manufacturing year 2024, V series (V20, V20 proA, V30) manufacturing year 2025. The vacuum had dropped to 230 euros, an excellent purchase price given that Greek homes are not fully covered with carpets. At the 300 euros it is now listed for, I would recommend the Z series, which are more powerful vacuums and come with the same number of accessories.
Είχα στην κατοχή μου την Τ10, την οποία και έχω αξιολογήσει εδώ στο Skroutz, για όσους θέλουν να έχουν την πλήρη εικόνα, και χρησιμοποιώ την R20 για έναν χρόνο τώρα, με τιμή αγοράς τα 320 ευρώ.
Αρχικά θα πω ότι η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι πολύ καλή, η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας της είναι κατά 30% μεγαλύτερη της Τ10, αλλά αυτό σημαίνει ότι είναι και πιο βαριά. Αν και στην αρχή με ενόχλησε, το συνήθισα αρκετά γρήγορα. Έρχεται με δύο πέλματα, ένα που σκουπίζει χαλιά και πατώματα και ένα μόνο για πατώματα. Αυτό που είναι για χαλιά και πατώματα διαθέτει και φωτισμό με μπλε Led, τα οποία κάνουν απίστευτη δουλειά στο να φωτίζουν οποιοδήποτε είδος σκόνης, με αποτέλεσμα να σκουπίζουμε τα πάντα και να εντοπίζουμε διάφορους λεκέδες από υγρά στα πλακάκια, κάνοντας και το σφουγγάρισμα πιο αποτελεσματικό. Το συγκεκριμένο πέλμα έχει σχεδιαστεί καλύτερα, επιτυγχάνωντας καλύτερο καθαρισμό χαλιών, με ελαφρώς πιο σκληρές τρίχες από το αντίστοιχο της Τ10. Η σκούπα διαθέτει δύο ρυθμίσεις λειτουργίας, "Αυτόματη" και "Πλήρης Ισχύς". Στην Αυτόματη λειτουργία είναι σαν σκουπίζεις με την Τ10 στην δεύτερη ταχύτητα, γεγονός αρκετά εντυπωσιακό με δεδομένο ότι έβαζα την δεύτερη ταχύτητα στην Τ10 μόνο στα χαλιά. Σε αυτή την λειτουργία η σκούπα αυξομειώνει την ισχύ αναλόγως με το εάν εντοπίζει συγκέντρωση σκόνης ή όχι και το κάνει πολύ αποτελεσματικά.
Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια πολύ καλή σκούπα για την τιμή αγοράς, από μία εδραιωμένη εταιρεία στον χώρο με σκούπες stick
και σκούπες robot, αλλά υπάρχουν κάποια αρνητικά σημεία και κάποια πράγματα με πείραξαν. Αρχικά με πείραξε το γεγονός ότι στα εξαρτήματα δεν συμπεριέλαβαν τον επεκτεινόμενο σωλήνα, υπερ-απαραίτητο εξάρτημα κατά την άποψή μου. Από γνωστό κινεζομάγαζο έπρεπε να αγοράσω το εξάρτημα της Τ30, το οποίο κουμπώνει στην R20. Επίσης με πείραξε το γεγονός ότι δεν έβαλαν φωτισμό με Led στο πέλμα που είναι για πατώματα ενώ μπορούσαν, μιας και το έκαναν στο επόμενο μοντέλο (Ζ30). Αυτό σημαίνει ότι αφήνουμε πολλά σημεία χωρίς να τα σκουπίσουμε, όταν χρησιμοποιούμε το συγκεκριμένο πέλμα. Θα μπορούσαν να μας δώσουν και μια "Χαμηλή" λειτουργία για σκούπισμα σε πατώματα, με αυτό τον τρόπο θα μπορούσαμε να επιτύχουμε ακόμη μεγαλύτερη αυτονομία της μπαταρίας. Τέλος το μεγαλύτερο αρνητικό είναι ότι το πέλμα πατωμάτων-χαλιών δεν μπορεί να επιτύχει τον ίδιο καθαρισμό τριχών και κλωστών σε χαλιά, όπως της Dyson. Αν και έχει υποστεί μεγάλη βελτίωση από τα προηγούμενα μοντέλα, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν υπάρχει μέτρο σύγκρισης ανάμεσα στις δύο εταιρείες. Εάν η σκούπα πωλούνταν στα 280 ευρώ και κάτω, θα την πρότεινα άνετα στον καθένα. Τα 320 και 350 ευρώ είναι μια καλή τιμή, αλλά με κάνουν να σκέφτομαι κάποιες αρνητικές λεπτομέρειες κάθε φορά που την χρησιμοποιώ.

Στα 300 ευρώ που εμφανίζεται τώρα, θα πρότεινα την σειρά Ζ που είναι πιο δυνατές σκούπες και έρχονται με το ίδιο πλήθος εξαρτημάτων.
It cleans very well on hard floors. I haven't tried it on carpet. The battery (on the low setting) lasts for two cleanings in a 140 sq m house. On the high setting, it barely lasts for one cleaning. However, the low setting is sufficient. I've only had the vacuum for a month
Σκουπίζει πολύ καλά, σε σκληρό δάπεδο. Δεν την έχω δοκιμάσει σε χαλί. Η μπαταρία (στη χαμηλή σκάλα) αντέχει για δύο φορές σε σπίτι 140 τμ. Στην ψηλή σκάλα δύσκολα φτάνει για μια φορά. Ωστόσο η χαμηλή σκάλα είναι αρκετή. Έχω την σκούπα μόλις ένα μήνα
It doesn't suck strongly enough and often 'spits out' what it has already absorbed. Honestly, I don't understand the very good reviews, it's expensive for what it offers. I regret buying it

Overall, an excellent choice — very good suction power, light in the hand, and efficient on every surface. One of the most well-balanced vacuums in its category!

Καθάρισα ολόκληρο το σπίτι (118 τ.μ.) σχεδόν εξ’ ολοκλήρου με Turbo Mode, εκτός από 1-2 σημεία που χρησιμοποίησα το Standard.
Σε γενικές γραμμές, εξαιρετική επιλογή — πολύ καλή δύναμη αναρρόφησης, ελαφριά στο χέρι και αποδοτική σε κάθε επιφάνεια. Από τις πιο ισορροπημένες σκούπες της κατηγορίας της!
