- Cook on low or medium heat, no higher than 280° C.
- Avoid cooking fatty foods that burn or blacken.
- Do not use sharp cooking tools and avoid cutting inside the utensil.
- It is recommended to use wooden, plastic, or silicone tools.
- Store the utensil carefully to maintain the non-stick coating.
- Utensils with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
- Check the handles before use and tighten them if necessary.
For cleaning, hand washing with a sponge and liquid detergent is recommended. In case of using a dishwasher, choose mild detergents and economical cycles.
- Using a dishwasher can discolor the utensil.
- Aluminum utensils should not be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not use abrasive and corrosive cleaners.
- It is recommended to use a few drops of oil after each wash.
Warning: Do not overheat the utensil when it is empty and do not leave it unattended during cooking.
