The YAKIMASPORT SLAM BALL is a highly durable ball made of thick soft rubber, filled with synthetic sand, designed to be slammed forcefully to the ground. The ball is used during intense Crossfit training.

The ball is waterproof, allowing you to train outdoors as well. Specially selected rubber combined with sand filling prevents the ball from bouncing off the ground.

The entire surface of the ball has protrusions shaped into a non-slip tread, which facilitates gripping the ball, ensuring precision of movement and comfort even during very dynamic exercises.
