Instructions for Forming the Mouth Guard:

• Put a small pot of water to boil. Have a separate container with cold water that is deep enough to submerge the protective mouth guard.
• Place the mouth guard in the water for 20-30 seconds. Remove the protective mouth guard and dip it in cold water for 1 second.
• Immediately place the mouth guard around your upper teeth. The protective mouth guard should be warm enough to be easily molded. Insert from the back molar and bring it up to the front.
• Immediately secure the protective mouth guard in the mouth by pressing the tongue against the back of the upper teeth and pressing it with the thumbs on the upper teeth.
• Leave the protective mouth guard in the mouth for about 30 seconds, bite it gently, and suck out all the air and water until the surface is dry.
