Set of 4 Sakura x Van Gogh Museum Fineliners
Set of 4 Pigma Micron fineliners by the Japanese company Sakura, in a special collector’s edition created with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. Van Gogh’s masterpiece Flowering Plum Orchard (after Hiroshige) creates the perfect connection between Sakura, which is celebrating the 100th anniversary of its founding, and Van Gogh, who was influenced by Japanese themes and prints. Van Gogh created three paintings based on Japanese prints from his personal collection, practising the use of colour and the style of Japanese printmakers. The 4 selected colours in this set are inspired by the colour palette of these Van Gogh works and are popular choices for writing and illustration.
