SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface must be dry and clean from dust and other residues. Remove all loose or peeling paints. Painted surfaces should be sanded with appropriate sandpaper to obtain a dull finish.

• On new metal surfaces: Apply 1-2 coats with Kraft Rust Blocker or Kraft Minio and optionally 1 coat of Kraft Metal Primer.
• On galvanized or aluminum surfaces: Apply 1-2 coats of Kraft MultiPrimer multi-surface primer and let it dry for 24 hours.
• On previously painted metal surfaces: Check the stability of the paint and remove all old paint residues.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Avoid application in case of impending rain in the next 5 days.
• Before starting painting, dilute up to 5% v/v with Kraft Brush Thinner or Kraft Nitro 1100 for spray gun application.
• Painting tools: Brush, roller, or air spray gun.
• Apply 2 coats of Kraft Hard Duko Metallized for an ideal result.
• Apply only in an open and well-ventilated area.
• Minimum repainting time: 16 hours.
• Surface drying: 2-3 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity.
• To reduce drying time, add up to 8% v/v hardener.
• Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.

POST-APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Immediately clean tools after use with Brush Thinner and then with warm water and soap.
• Close the container tightly to keep it in good condition.
• The painted surface is recommended to be used after 48 hours.
• Washing of painted surfaces is recommended after at least 30 days.
