In short, the compatibility of the cable:
-Huawei/Honor up to 100W.
-Xiaomi up to 27W due to the lack of xiaomi-configuration pin in devices that charge with 9V/3A.
-Supervooc up to 33W due to the lack of high-current pin.
-It can be used at high speed with some exotic phones like Vivo, ZTE Nubia, Meizu that are not popular in Greece.
Edit: The reason it does not charge laptops from qc3.0 is that laptops charge from power delivery. I am not changing the rating for now, but I will return once I procure a Baseus power bank because they are perhaps the only devices that draw high power (P greater than 18W) from qc3.0 and that’s where the usefulness of the cable will be evident.
On the Xiaomi phone I have, it cannot draw power above 18W from qc3.0, it’s not the cable's fault but the protocol change.

It does not charge laptops at 20V. Seeing the 100W indication, I suspected it would also charge laptops. Ultimately, after researching related websites, I noticed that the 100W is intended for a specific Huawei/Honor charging configuration (...see edit).
Charging portable devices with different protocols and speeds has made finding the right cable a complicated matter, and manufacturers could be more informative regarding the purpose of each cable.
Surprise:
While it does not work with Oppo's Supervooc technology when used with a Baseus charger or another third-party manufacturer, when connected to the original Supervooc charger at 33W, it charged an Oppo phone at full speed.

Edit: Ο λόγος που δεν φορτίζει laptop από qc3.0 είναι ότι τα laptop φορτίζουν από power delivery. Δεν αλλάζω τη βαθμολογία προς το παρόν, αλλά θα επανέλθω μόλις προμηθευτώ κάποιο power bank της Baseus διότι είναι ίσως οι μόνες συσκευές που τραβάνε υψηλή ισχύ ( P μεγαλύτερο από 18W ) από qc3.0 και εκεί θα φανεί η χρησιμότητα του καλωδίου.
Στο κινητό Xiaomi που έχω δεν μπορεί να τραβηχτεί ισχύς πάνω από 18W από qc3.0, δεν φταίει το καλώδιο αλλά η αλλαγή πρωτοκόλλου.
1η αξιολόγηση:
- Ποιοτικό καλώδιο από την Baseus. Φορτίζει κινητά μέχρι 100W σε διαρρύθμιση 20V/5A.
- Είναι φτιαγμένο για υψηλής ταχύτητας φόρτιση σε Huawei αλλά συνεργάζεται πολύ καλά και με Xiaomi. Αντικαθιστά -επάξια-(edit: ικανοποιητικά, όχι επάξια) τον ορίτζιναλ Xiaomi 33W με χρήση φορτιστή από άλλο κατασκευαστή (edit: φορτίζει περίπου στα 15 με 18W).
Αφαιρείται 1 αστέρι για το λόγο:
Δεν φορτίζει laptop 20V. Βλέποντας την ένδειξη 100W, είχα την υποψία ότι θα φορτίζει και laptop. Τελικά μετά από ψάξιμο σε σχετικές ιστοσελίδες, παρατήρησα ότι τα 100W απευθύνονται σε συγκεκριμένη διαρρύθμιση φόρτισης Huawei/Honor (...κοίτα edit).
Η φόρτιση των φορητών συσκευών με τα διαφορετικά πρωτόκολλα και τις διαφορετικές ταχύτητες, έχει καταστήσει την εύρεση του σωστού καλωδίου περίπλοκη υπόθεση και εδώ θα μπορούσαν οι κατασκευαστές να είναι πιο κατατοπιστικοί ως προς το σκοπό του κάθε καλωδίου.
Έκπληξη:
Ενώ δεν συνεργάζεται με την τεχνολογία Supervooc της Oppo σε χρήση με φορτιστή Baseus ή άλλου τρίτου κατασκευαστή, όταν συνδέθηκε με τον αυθεντικό φορτιστή Supervooc στα 33W, φόρτισε κινητό Oppo σε πλήρη ταχύτητα.
