The review is about the 80".
Very high-quality fabric and the aluminum frame is also of good quality.
It arrived perfectly and carefully packaged, without any wrinkles in the fabric, and the positive thing is that it includes ropes and stakes for ground support (if needed), as well as two water bags for weight on the bases (also if needed).
It is truly portable and lightweight.
I needed about 15-20 minutes to set it up by myself the first time, as I was "searching," and about 10 minutes to pack it up nicely in its packaging. With help, I believe you can set it up in 10 minutes and pack it away in 5.
The only downside is that it is thin as a fabric, so it definitely requires dusk and later to be utilized for projection (at least in the outdoor space where I tested it).
In terms of projection performance, which I tested with the projector on movies in various projection modes, it is very good, with proper light and color output, and it comfortably handles very high resolution.
Now, regarding reliability over time, only time will tell...
The positives are the easy setup and the good tensioning of the fabric without wrinkles.
The negatives are that the fabric has a very light weave, resulting in a loss of brightness as the light passes through, leading to a visible projection behind the fabric!
This means that to achieve satisfactory bright viewing, we need to set the projector to the highest brightness.
The negative results include reduced lamp life of the projector, increased noise from the fan, and higher power consumption.
Conclusion: The purchase of this particular fabric is NOT recommended
Difficult to set up if you're on your own, but even with help it still requires care so the fabric doesn't tear at the joints....also, it's not for outdoor use because the support poles break if there's wind and it's not easy to secure them with a counterweight
Easy to assemble and disassemble, which require no time, tools, or familiarity. Due to its size, very slight curves are created along the longitudinal axis, but this does not affect the image projection quality at all. The screen requires auxiliary support even indoors, the materials for which are however included in the package. Outdoors, definitely use the auxiliary support means. Follow the instructions in case, outdoors, the wind blows above the recommended intensity. It is a very good screen, not a sailcloth.
Unfortunately, far below expectations. From the same distance, switching directly from the screen to a white wall or different surfaces makes a huge difference in the image. You feel like you're seeing 720p on the screen and 4K on the wall. The quality drops a lot. The only thing it's good for is outdoors if you don't have such a free and clean wall. Maybe because the weave is thin, light passes through it and it loses quality. I don't know, but I don't recommend it
For the money, it's perfect, only it takes you a few minutes to set it up or take it down. Also, it's good to place it in front of a wall because otherwise light passes behind the screen and ruins the quality
Honest product, although the first assembly was a bit difficult. After that, you don't need to completely disassemble it; keep the pieces with the fabric together for convenience
It is very good, but installation can be a bit tricky, especially outdoors with wind. The legs are almost suspended in the air. It gets the job done, but if you are chasing quality over practicality, try something else
I have been using it for a week indoors with a Blitzwolf BW-V5 projector. It is definitely not for setting up and taking down constantly, but it is quite a stable construction, has components, and is heavy to take it outside in nature, with the material quality appearing relatively good
a bit tricky to assemble and set up but if you don't have an ideal wall then it's just what you need. don't forget a heavy log or a concrete block to keep it stable in case of light wind.
Smart construction with rods like in a tent. Completely foldable. Takes up little space when packed and the fabric seems to be of good quality. Durability over time will tell the rest.
Very nice fabric and well-made base, which also comes with weights that you fill with water to keep the base more stable, but it also includes ropes and guy lines for wherever you want to secure it. I don't know if it is washable but I believe it is, and it also seems durable and somewhat elastic for anyone worried about tearing
Easy to assemble but not for frequent assembling and disassembling. It takes its time. Quite stable. The fabric stretches very well to the point where you think "now I'm going to tear it." Its white color is close to perfect.
Very good and stable base, it could be thicker, but there is no problem. The fabric is nice, thick and elastic, it could be smoother, but it doesn't cause any issues. For its price, it is a good product and serves its purpose.
